Perhaps, the greatest comforting truth is the fact that when one door closes, another opens. Unfortunately we look so long and regretfully at closed doors that we fail to see the ones open before us and it all has to do with our attitudes and reactions to situations.

attitude sure makes the difference. i like what he said about people not talking to you because they want you to solve their problem, but because they love to complain about their problem.
Taking a paper and writing what you like about waht you hate can thus change your attitude towards that thing.
